The Daqin mobile phone sticker machine is actually not refers to a specific one machine, but a series of software and machines combine together. The whole system contains the Design Software, Printer, Laminator and Cutter. Also, the raw materials of making mobile phone stickers are needed, such as the printing design films and lamination effect films.

The most important one is the design software, which contains more than 3,000 cutting templates for mobile phones all around the world and more than 5,000 design drawings. All the mobile phone sticker cutting templates are created by Daqin staffs based on multiple times test on original mobile phones. The cutting templates are highly accurate and 100% match with corresponding mobile phones.

Select your ideal model of mobile phone, then the corresponding templates will be displayed in the editing area. You can upload your own design picture to make the custom stickers, or you can use the original design picture in the data base.

Once the design process is done, now we can click the print button in the software, and then the printer will print out the design on an A4 size blank printing design film. The printer is 6 colors inkjet printer can provide better printing effects than any other 4 colors inkjet printer.

When the printing process is done, we can take an A4 size sheet of lamination effect film, such as a glossy one, and then laminate it on the well-printed film by the laminator. The laminator is with 4 rollers which can effectively avoid bubble during the lamination process.The lamination film can make the sticker becomes waterproof and anti-scratch.

Finally let’s go to the cutting process. Put the well-laminated film into the cutter, and then click cut button in the software. Within 1 minute the mobile phone sticker will come out. Then it’s time to peel it off from the backing paper, and then manually apply it on the back, sides and front of the mobile phone. Don’t worry, if you mistakenly apply it on the mobile cover, the sticker can be easily peel off and then apply again without leaving any residue on the cover.
