The custom phone skins software is called the Daqin mobile beauty master, which was created by Daqin since 2002. It contains more than 3000 templates for various mobile phones and more than 5000 design pictures. The important part is that, the software keeps updating monthly, in order to add the templates for newly released mobile phone in the market, such as the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and HTC One M9…etc.

You just need to select your mobile phone brand and model in the software, and then upload your design picture. Drag the picture to the desired location. Add some text or effects as you wish. Usually people like to use personal photo or group photo to make the phone skins.

The machines for producing mobile phone stickers are: printer, laminator and the cutter. Once we complete the design process on the software, it’s time to print out the design. Put a sheet of white printing design film into the printer, and press the print button in the software then it will start printing. Kindly note that, the printer and inks are: 6 colors inkjet printer and dye ink. Daqin provide special vinyl film that can be directed printed by inkjet printers.

After printing, the film will need to laminate an ultra-thin layer of lamination effect film to become water proof. Also it can add special texture on the sticker, such as glossy, matte, leather, gridding, twill, 3D water drops, flash-matte, ice-flower…etc.

Finally it can be put into the cutter and then cut into custom phone skins. Within 30 seconds the cutting process is completed.
