The DAQIN mobile sticker machine can produce 2 types of mobile skins. One is the printed style, another one is the special texture style.
For producing the printed style mobile skins, it requires the mobile skin software, 6 colors inkjet printer, 4 rollers cold laminator, cutting plotter, printing design film and lamination effect film. The making process can be described as 4 steps as below.
Firstly, run the mobile skin software on computer; select your target mobile phone brand and model. And then select pictures from the software database for making mobile skins. Also you can upload your own photo to the software for making personalized mobile sticker. Secondly, print out the custom design on printing design film by 6 colors inkjet printer. Thirdly, laminate the well-printed film by a thin layer of lamination effect film. Fourthly, cut the well-laminated film into mobile phone sticker. It cost about 3 minutes for the complete production process.
For producing the special texture style mobile skins, it requires the mobile skin software, cutting plotter and the special texture film. The production process is showed below:
At first, select your mobile phone brand and model on the mobile skins software. Secondly, put the special texture film into the cutting plotter, and then cut it into phone skins. It cost about 2 minutes to complete the whole process.
More than 100 different types of sticker materials are optional for making the customized mobile phone skins stickers. The special sticker materials are with different textures such as: snake skin, crocodile leather, super shining, color shining, wood grain, 3D water drops…etc.
