How to make custom phone skins?

The mobile phone skins refer to a type of decorative vinyl sticker that applied on the back, middle and front of the mobile phone in the purpose of decoration as well as protection, such as protect the mobile phone against scratching, antifouling and abrasion. The mobile skins can be customized by printing with custom pictures or personal photo. Generally speaking, the making process of the mobile skins can be divided into 4 steps. The making process are designing on computer, printing out the design, laminating the well-printed film and cutting the film into stickers.

The first step, designing the custom skins for target mobile phone on the software of DAQIN mobile beauty master which contains more than 3,000 cutting templates and more than 5,000 design pictures. You can either select the picture from the software data base or upload custom photo to the software.

The second step, printing out your design on the DAQIN printing film by 6 colors inkjet printer. The inkjet printer could be Epson 1390, R330 or similar types. With CISS system, it can save printing cost for each printing process.

The third step, laminating the well-printed film with an ultra-thin layer of DAQIN lamination effect film to make the sticker waterproof, anti-scratch as well as adding special texture such as glossy, matte, ice-flower, leather, 3D water drops, flash-matte, gridding, twill…etc.

The lamination process is cold laminate, no need of heat. Additionally, 4 rollers laminator can effectively avoid bubbles.

The fourth step: cut the well-laminated film into mobile phone skins. Put the well-laminated film into the cutter, and then press cut button on the software. Within 30 seconds the cutting process can be finished.

Finally you can ship the end product of custom phone skins to your customer or you can help install it on the mobile phone if the customers come to your store. The sticker can be peeled off easily and then install again, and no residue will be left on the cover.
